Each eRevenue® subscriber receives free custom branding of SafeLineSM software
complete with lender identity including logos. The customization process begins with an
eRevenue® analyst who matches each lender's operational requirements to specific
SafeLineSM features. This defines unique business rules and proprietary credit procedures.
eRevenue® services include frequent no-cost SafeLineSM system upgrades and
enhancements which are driven by subscriber requests. Each enhancement is focused on greater user
efficiencies and competitive features keeping each working capital lending program cost effective.
Although no additional training is required with system upgrades, our Support Center and on-line
help features ensure ease of use. With SafeLineSM, lenders can now take advantage of new
technologies to maintain their competitive edge.
eRevenue® maintains three levels of support for subscribers. The first level is user
support for day-to-day operational assistance. This first level is administered by the eRevenue®
operations center which is fully staffed with representatives to answer questions from 8am - 8pm EST.
The second level of support provides management-level users asistance in manipulating and retrieving
data in the SafeLineSM database. Lastly, the SafeLineSM system is supported
with 24 hour on-call Level III Technical Support to resolve questions involving servers and security.
